I bought a chair from Cult Furniture after going through the product description, and I’m annoyed because the details made it seem more accurate than it actually was. The chair looks similar to the photos and the style is nice, but the colour was noticeably different in real life, and that’s on them for not making it clearer.

Delivery was fine, nothing amazing, but the chair also doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected for the price. It’s not terrible, but I feel like I had to do extra guessing because the information wasn’t clear enough. I might buy again, but only after checking every measurement and review properly, since I don’t fully trust the listing now.

Okay, so it definitely looks good, I’ll give it that. But comfort-wise? Not great. The seat starts feeling hard way too quickly, and the back support is just kind of awkward, like you’re never sitting in the right position. It’s fine if you mostly want it for the look, but if you’re planning to actually sit in it for a while, yeah… I’d think twice.

I’ve only really had a quick look around, so I can’t speak for everything they sell, but Cult Furniture does have some really nice-looking stuff. The designs feel modern and I liked a lot of the colours. That said, a few pieces looked similar to each other style-wise, so nothing totally blew me away. Overall, good, just not quite amazing for me

I ordered a dining chair set from Cult Furniture and, to be fair, most of it arrived pretty much how I expected. The chairs look fine and the quality is okay for what I paid. The annoying part was that one chair turned up in the wrong colour, which I really didn’t expect after waiting for the delivery. Customer service did get it sorted in the end, but it took a few back-and-forth emails, so it wasn’t exactly smooth. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I expected the order to be checked properly before being sent out

I was all set to order a chair, but once I got to checkout the delivery charge was a lot more than I expected. For the price of the item, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I wish that cost had been clearer earlier on. In the end I left the order, which was a shame because I probably would’ve gone ahead otherwise

I tried getting in touch with Cult Furniture about my order and felt like I was being ignored. I emailed, filled out the contact form, and waited days with no proper response. My sister even asked if I’d heard anything because the order was meant to be for our place, but I still had no real update to give her. It’s really frustrating when you just need a simple answer. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve their customer service

I ordered two dining chairs from cultfurniture.com and, trying to be very calm about it, both arrived scratched and one of the legs was chipped. The box looked like it had been through a lot too, so it wasn’t exactly a surprise when I opened it. I sent photos over straight away, but the replies were slow and it turned into a lot of waiting around with no real help. Not ideal when you’ve paid for brand new furniture. i wouldn’t order from them again.

This so-called service was just a headache from start to finish. The delivery took forever, the customer support was no help, and I’m definitely not ordering from them again.

The website looks nice enough, but finding the right filters was more annoying than it should’ve been. A few pages were loading slowly for me too, which didn’t help. I also ended up waiting in a queue longer than expected, and that was frustrating. I did manage to place my order in the end, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

The colour was totally different when it arrived compared to what I saw online.
